First of all, thank you all for being here to give us opportunity to show our platform.

　　Our company was set up at Tianjin Hi-Tech Industry Park, we are building a health management & media platform, which consists of a networked out-door health media network into hospitals and an online health management portal for members. We want to help health services providers with new technology and media, to help people get easy access to health related services at low price, to create a new business model which combines personal health management with public health media.

　　We use IPTV technology to make each terminal controlled and contents updated by central servers, interactive with viewers and broadcast different contents in real time, such as health information, products information and hospital line information to attract viewers’ attention.

　　Through creating and broadcasting contents on our health media network for hospitals, we are able to exchange for their resources at favorable price as well as free space for our terminals; we then make use of those resources to provide value-added service to our members so they could receive preferential treatment at low price. Meanwhile our terminals will promote our service to get more people become members.

　　The film shown back will explain our value added service and process.

　　How do we make money?

　　First, from advertisements which are put up by drug companies, medical device companies as such.

　　Second, form direct sale of health relate products on our terminals, similar to TV shopping.

　　Third, form fee paid by members who use our value added health management service.

　　Our business model is more sophisticated than others because we realize that if we act as a bridge by combining health service with Internet and media, we must tie up with hospitals closely and make full use of their resources to reach win-win result and long-term cooperation.

　　What is our core value?

　　First more and more people pay attention to their health, they need an inter-medium service which can help them to manage their health and to get services quickly and easily at low cost.

　　Second the health management portal is like a big umbrella to cover resources from many hospitals. We use Internet and mobile phone to connect health services providers with people who needs, which is a typical “mouse plus cement” application.

　　Third, we have both online portal and many terminals in hospitals, so we can leverage them and get more advertisers attention. Such as drug companies will soon realize that hospitals are better and right places to show their products because people there do have needs.

　　Forth we combine a media platform with health management service seamlessly and let them to work together and make money from both side.

　　In the past months, we were busy to occupy spaces in hospitals and our terminals have dominated Tianjin hospitals and our services have registered fifty thousands users. We also have signed agreements with 30 hospitals and 5 drug store chains and will make more effort in creating new business models from now on.

　　Our management team consists of four persons. I earned my bachelor degree from Beijing Aeronautics and Astronautics University, MBA in Finance from University of Connecticut. I then worked for Lotus, Chase Manhattan Bank and Ernst Young. I came back to China in 1999, set up an IT company with Sunco Corporation, and led the development of an online apartment trading site www.tjhouse.com, which Softbank & Carlyle Group have invested 45 millions USD.
