加拿大庞巴迪与一家中国公司合作 对抗南北车

　　据庞巴迪运输公司官网消息，加拿大庞巴迪运输公司（Bombardier Transportation）与中国的新誉集团（NUG）完成了一份建立新合资公司的协议，新公司将在中国提供铁道交通建设中的信号系统，庞巴迪和新誉集团分别持有新公司50%的股份，公司将建在江苏常州。

　　数据显示，中国轨道交通市场总体还是被南北车占据。2013年中国的地铁车辆招标中，北车占据50.5%，约134亿元，南车占49.5%。

　　1月26日，南北车同时启动全球路演，向多地投资者推介双方合并前景，以希合并方案获股东表决通过。此前的合并预案表示，正因为市场前景被看好，两家公司进行合并、重组，可以提升新公司的业务规模，增强盈利能力，打造以轨道交通装备为核心，跨国经营、全球领先的大型综合性产业集团，进而提升全体股东的利益。

　　庞巴迪中国首席代表张剑炜表示，“庞巴迪曾积极为中国铁路运输发展提供产品和服务。新合资公司是庞巴迪在这个庞大但竞争激烈的中国市场中保证持续成功的战略之一。”

　　庞巴迪运输铁路控制解决方案董事长皮特·塞德瓦表示，庞巴迪在中国铁路控制系统有强大的市场，这表明我们公司在中国市场合作和技术上的成功。在中国各城市中的公共交通正在呈指数式增长背景下，很看好和中国新誉集团合作。

　　庞巴迪一直给中国的铁路建设提供各种产品、系统和服务，包括铁路信号设备，这并不是庞巴迪第一次与中国企业建立合资公司拓展中国市场。据公开资料，庞巴迪与中国的合作开始与1950年代，目前在中国已经有4家合资企业和7家独资企业。

　　据公开信息显示，周立成是新誉集团现任董事长和创始人，同时也是中国轨道交通协会副理事长、常州市十四届人大代表，多次获评江苏省劳动模范和省优秀民营企业家等奖项。2002年他与妻子戈亚琴成立了常州轨道车辆牵引传动工程技术研究中心，之后改组成新誉集团。

　　Bombardier Transportation and the New United Group (NUG) have finalised their agreement to establish a new joint venture (JV) for signalling and rail control in China. Each company will have a 50% share in the new venture, which will be known as Bombardier NUG Signalling Solutions Company Limited.

　　The new company will focus on rail transportation communication, signalling and integrated monitoring systems for the Chinese mass transit and light rail markets, and be committed to introducing moving-block signalling technology for metro applications. The JV will be located in Changzhou, a city of 4.6 million inhabitants near Shanghai in the Jiangsu province. This region is home to a number of major cities that are planning future growth and metro and tram upgrades.

　　Bombardier brings its proven mass transit experience to the new partnership, with its BOMBARDIER CITYLO 150 tram solution and CITYFLO 650 CBTC technology already operating in China, on the Suzhou Tram and Tianjin and Shenzhen Metro Lines. NUG brings its extensive knowledge of the Chinese market and links with municipal authorities. Already long-term partners, Bombardier and NUG have co-operated in the Bombardier CPC Propulsion System Co., Ltd. (BCP) joint venture since 2003. BCP is dedicated to producing, marketing and maintaining advanced propulsion and control system products for rail transportation vehicles in China.
