　　魏部长：商务部副部长

　　跨国公司与民营企业是两个不同的经济体。一个拥有世界一流的管理、技术和海外渠道。另一个拥有丰富的本地经验、营销网络和锐意进取的创业精神。在当今世界经济一体化的过程中，这两个经济体通过本次论坛进行对话，探讨民营经济在新形势下发展的新出路，探讨如何在全球经济化的情况下面，实现我们民营经济发展的新的飞跃。

　　我们认为：要想使自己的公司成为一个全球知名的企业，必须要就一个在全球范围通用的价值链。对于企业来说，你的权利越大，你的实力权强，你的责任就需大，对于一个想在全球做业务的企业来说，必须要在全球范围内承担责任的一种社会承诺。

　　很高兴我们到温州讨论这个问题，商务部提出了我认为是一个阶段性的难题，但是商务部把这个题选在温州来讨论，温州市政府以开放的心胸来引导温州的民营企业跨国公司对接。假设中国的民营企业跟跨国公司有一个很好的对接的话，这个对接也许就是从温州开始，最终会在温州完成。

　　It is a great honor that the Ministry of Commerce and Wenzhou Municipality provide such a good platform for our private companies. 　　It’s a great pleasure to discuss this subject in Wenzhou. I believe the subject brought up by the Ministry of Commerce is a hard nut to crack for a certain period of time. The MOFCOM picks Wenzhou as the place to discuss the topic; and Wenzhou Government, with its open mind, guides Wenzhou’s private companies to interface with multinationals. If China’s private companies could interface with transnational companies, such interface shall start with Wenzhou and eventually be consummated in Wenzhou.
