亚马逊收到错误商品投诉,如何申诉消除警告?

一位深圳大麦找到我说,账户里收到一条政策警告“商品状况投诉商品错误 Product Condition Complaint -Wrong Product”,商品被买家投诉收到错误的商品。不少卖家和运营收到商品状况买家投诉,包括错误商品投诉,瑕疵品投诉,版本错误等。链接ASIN目前不可售状态,该如何去申诉并恢复ASIN在售呢?

从邮件中分析,收到买家投诉的原因是称他们收到的商品与商品详情页面上的描述不符。具体而言,买家投诉称其收到了错误的商品或完全错误的品牌。根据以往申诉成功经验来看,还有产品尺寸错误,颜色错误,容量体积,数量,重量等因素,导致买家投诉。

二、#申诉思路#

需要准备产品采购发票+POA申诉信

发票要求:

1、购买方信息要填完整,要包括 购买方名称,地址,,纳税人识别号,开户行及账户

2、商品信息,要包括 产品名,ASIN,数量

3、供应商信息和购买方信息也一样填完整就行,供应商需要是真实信息

4、备注补开时间 :补开时间在产品上架之后 被下架时间之前

注意:发票必须是真实的,poa不建议网上照抄套用模板,否则很难申诉成功!自己没把握申诉建议找专业人员处理!

Cause a complaint about the condition of the product

1. Packaging materials are easy to wear during transportation, resulting in the appearance of defective products

2. Our supplier did not ensure the product package was complete before delivery

The action we take to resolve a complaint

1. We have informed our customer service team that all returns and refunds of ASIN must be approved, and we promise to refund them to our customers in time

2. We updated the description, photos and technical details of the listing to avoid buyer confusion leading to wrong placing of orders

3. We have checked the condition of all stocks in our inventory and abandoned all items with substandard packaging or quality

4. We have organized trainings on Amazon policies for our employees

For long-term business consideration, we will take the following measures in order to provide quality products and services to our customers:

1. Products purchased from trusted suppliers

2. Update our product details page regularly according to customer's voice

3. Enhance the anti-collision and waterproof ability of the packaging

4. Check products and packaging before shipping

5. Improve customer service. We will improve our after-sales service to help our customers timely and enthusiastically provide satisfactory solutions, including pre-sale, sale and after-sales process.

We can guarantee that the products we buy are from regular suppliers and the packaging is in good condition before delivery. To prove this, we enclose an invoice, purchase contract and some product pictures for your review.

This is our plan of action to prevent this from happening again.
